HolisticMS requires 24-hour notice to cancel any private appointment. If cancelled the same day or in the event of a ‘no show,’ the full fee of the session will be charged.

Cancellations made at least 24-hou's in advance are not charge.

A Wisdom Course is a multi-session curriculum where participants apply and commit to the process. These courses are specifically curated to support the individuals in the group; no refunds are given for these courses. If you need to miss a particular session within the course we can discuss making alternative arrangements.

You will make yourself comfortable on a massage table. All sessions are done completely clothed. Sound bowls are traditionally placed at the head, feet, and sides of the body. The practitioner will check-in with you throughout the session to see if you are still comfortable, need a blanket, or anything else relevant to the session. Most people just relax and enjoy. Always feel free to ask questions or speak up if you need anything. 

You will make yourself comfortable on a massage table. All sessions are done completely clothed. During the session feel free to ask the practitioner any questions about the technique or express what you are experiencing. The practitioner may gently move you or ask you what is needed throughout the session. Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, a blanket, or anything else relevant to the session.

For Sound and EEM Sessions the client is fully clothed. Shoes are not worn, and socks are optional.

Your Sound or EEM private session will take place in a private, clean, comfortable, and quiet room. Soft music may be played to help you relax. You will lie on a massage table.
